Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance IBM Mainframe Assembler applications.
• Analyze existing Assembler programs and perform code enhancement, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain programs using Assembler, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM as applicable.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.
• Analyze application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Work with technical leads, business analysts, and cross functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support application modernization, migration, and maintenance initiatives where required.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow established coding and quality standards.
