Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

Job Purpose
The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key corporate and channel clients, and building a robust brand in the gifting industry. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, vendor coordination (outsourced products), and end-to-end ownership of sales and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Drive B2B sales for corporate gifting, festive gifting, employee engagement programs, and bulk orders.
• Build and manage relationships with key corporate clients, channel partners, distributors, and agencies.
• Lead price negotiations, margin planning, and final deal closures.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue achievement.
• Coordinate closely with sourcing, purchase,



and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of outsourced products.

Marketing & Brand Management
• Design and implement marketing strategies for brand visibility and lead generation.
• Plan seasonal campaigns (festive, corporate events, anniversaries, onboarding kits, etc.).
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, catalogues, email campaigns, and corporate presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Client & Key Account Management
• Acquire and manage high-value corporate accounts.
• Ensure repeat business and long-term client retention.
• Address escalations related to pricing, quality, timelines, or vendor dependencies.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Team Management
• Build, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct periodic reviews.
