Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live online training sessions on ServiceNow development.
• Teach platform fundamentals, scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and application development.
• Deliver hands-on exercises, practical assignments, and project-based learning.
• Help learners understand real-world use cases and prepare for technical interviews.
• Provide doubt-clearing support and mentor learners throughout the program.
Requirements
• Solid practical knowledge of ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and core platform capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred.
