About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional from a branding, design, or creative agency to manage client relationships and coordinate creative and development projects.
Key Responsibilities• Manage existing client relationships and recent client enquiries.
• Understand client requirements and prepare project briefs.
• Coordinate branding, graphic design, UI/UX, website design, and development projects.
• Work with designers and developers to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project timelines, client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
• Discuss budgets, maintain project records, and follow up on payments.
• Ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.





Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in a branding, design, or creative agency.
• Experience in client servicing and end-to-end project coordination.
• Understanding of branding, design, UI/UX, and website development workflows.
• Strong English communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage clients and projects independently.
• Experience handling quotations, budgets, and payment follow-ups.
