About VoorentVoorent is a furniture and home appliance rental company serving customers across Delhi-NCR since 2016. We help individuals and businesses access quality furniture and appliances through affordable rental solutions.
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and result-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer queries, convert leads into paying customers, coordinate deliveries, handle payments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Management• Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and appliance rental solutions.
• Communicate pricing, rental plans, deposits, and payment terms clearly.




• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Operations & Logistics• Coordinate furniture and appliance deliveries, pickups, and transportation.
• Manage orders with vendors and ensure timely completion.
• Find and onboard current vendors to improve pricing, quality, and service.
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery teams, and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Visit customer homes, vendor locations, or other field locations whenever required.

3. Payment Collection & Recovery• Follow up with customers for pending payments and rental dues.
• Maintain records of payments received, outstanding amounts, and collection status.
• Coordinate deposit refunds and other payment-related activities as per company policy.

4. Inventory & Daily Data Management• Maintain daily records of assets delivered, returned, and available.
• Track payments received, pending payments, and customer order status.
