We're seeking a Travel Support Agent (Night Shift) to support customers travelling across Europe during critical overnight hours. You'll help resolve travel disruptions, coordinate solutions with suppliers, and ensure every traveller receives prompt, empathetic, and skilled assistance.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a key point of contact for travellers requiring in-destination assistance.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns and service disruptions.




• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and other travel suppliers.
• Arrange third-party services and alternative solutions when required.
• Ensure accurate and timely case documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Follow established service standards and escalation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in customer service, reservations, travel operations, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence managing urgent situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple business systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reservation systems, CRM tools, or supplier platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills; additional language
