• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
• Identify coding errors and resolve documentation-related issues.
• Follow healthcare industry standards and payer guidelines.
• Coordinate with the billing team to resolve coding-related queries.
Requirements• CPC certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of medical coding experience.
• Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
