Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Manager role based in Rohtak. The Account Manager will manage relationships with existing domestic and international customers, ensuring timely communication, order coordination, and after-sales support. The role includes monitoring customer requirements, preparing quotes, tracking shipments, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams such as production,



logistics, and quality. The Account Manager will also identify new business opportunities, support pricing and contract negotiations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or other reporting tools. The position requires regular reporting on account performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and account servicing skills, including the ability to handle multiple client accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.
