About the Role:
We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to take ownership of the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
This is not a routine bookkeeping role. The selected candidate will be expected to independently manage accounting, receivables, payables, cash-flow monitoring, GST/TDS coordination, payroll coordination, MIS reporting,
budgeting and financial analysis, while working closely with the CEO, management team and external Chartered Accountant.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand the business behind the numbers and provide management with accurate, timely and actionable financial information.
The role offers an prospect to grow into an Assistant Manager / Finance Manager / Financial Controller position as the company expands.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong experience in SME / professional services / IT / engineering / outsourcing businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, GST and TDS.
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books or other accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
