Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and a deep curiosity for building AI-powered systems that connect reasoning models, real-time data, and scalable infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack from backend architecture to AI orchestration to bring intelligent automation to life.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that power autonomous AI sales agents.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLM pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph,



AutoGen, or LangChain, ensuring reliability and observability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy intelligent models into production environments with robust data pipelines.
• Build clean, maintainable service architectures for real-time communication, lead enrichment, and workflow automation.
• Work with the frontend team to expose APIs that enable AI-first, agile user experiences.
• Implement data persistence, caching, and asynchronous task systems to handle large-scale automation.
• Contribute to system design decisions, scalability planning, and cloud infrastructure setup (AWS/GCP).
• Write high-quality, testable, and modular code both backend and frontend.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across services.
