ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Sports Partnerships Lead at ARYNA is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with sports clubs, academies, sponsors, and community organizations, with a strong focus on football and pickleball sports initiatives.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging potential partners, presenting partnership proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining long-term relationships. The role also involves collaborating with coaching and operations teams to design and deliver sports programs, coordinating events and activations, and tracking partnership performance against agreed objectives. The Sports Partnerships Lead is expected to represent ARYNA at meetings, matches, and events, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with organizational goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Build and own a practical target list of leagues, tournament organisers, clubs, academies, turf operators, coaches and sports communities.
• Open doors, approach decision-makers, run discovery meetings, prepare simple proposals and lead partnership discussions.
