Role Description The Regional Manager role at Captignus is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi.



The Regional Manager will oversee business operations across the assigned region, drive revenue growth, and ensure delivery of high-quality financial advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch and sales teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring KPIs to achieve regional business goals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, identifying market opportunities, and implementing regional strategies aligned with company objectives. The Regional Manager will also coordinate with leadership on compliance, risk management, and process improvements, while representing Captignus at client meetings, events, and local business forums.
