Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for Lifecare’s diagnostic and laboratory teams. This full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai involves partnering with department heads to identify staffing needs, develop job profiles, and manage end-to-end hiring processes. The HR Manager will design and implement HR policies, support training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include handling HR documentation, managing payroll inputs, administering perks, facilitating employee engagement activities, and resolving workplace concerns professionally and confidentially. The role also includes creating and monitoring HR metrics, recommending process improvements, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
