Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will handle calls to warm leads who sign up to our social media advertisements and/or website, introduce Topee’s hair systems to prospective clients, and explain product features, pricing, and service options clearly and confidently. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads,



following up with interested prospects, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating appointments with in-person consultants or stylists. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, addressing basic queries, and working closely with the sales and operations teams to meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience is Telesales. Sales being the keyword. (we're not looking for experience with collections or cold calling background).
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local languages, active listening, and the ability to explain products in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Lead Gen
