The RoleWe are hiring a dedicated Video Designer who thrives at the intersection of motion graphics, social-native storytelling, and data-driven ad production. This is not a traditional video editing job, you will craft short-form social ads, Product-Level Videos (PLVs), and Dynamic Product Ad (DPA) templates that directly capture attention and drive conversions.

What You’ll Do

- Performance Video Production - Design and produce high-converting short-form video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed) and TikTok, from creative concepting to final export
- Dynamic & Catalog Video Ads (PLVs/DPAs) - Build motion templates that render dynamically using product data, catalog imagery, pricing tags, and promotional overlays
- Creative Strategy & Ideation - Contribute fresh concepts, focusing on thumb-stopping hooks, visual pacing, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs)




- Performance-Driven Iteration - Analyze campaign performance metrics and rapidly iterate on top-performing creative variations
- AI Tool Integration - Experiment with modern AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield) to accelerate production and enhance creative output
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with strategists, designers, and client success leads to translate brand briefs into scalable motion frameworks

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of professional Motion Design experience, preferably in digital advertising, eCommerce, or marketing.
- Tool Mastery -
- Video/Motion: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Jitter, DaVinci Resolve
- Graphics/Design: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Motion & Design Fundamentals - Solid command of timing, easing curves, typography animation, visual hierarchy, layout, and colour theory
- DPA & Feed Awareness - Understanding aspect ratio rules (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), caption burn-ins, safe zones, and how catalog fields feed into dynamic creative templates
- Speed & Volume - Ability to produce multiple polished, high-performing short-form creatives per week without compromising quality
- Performance-First Mindset - Deep understanding of the 2-3 second hook rule and how to design specifically for mobile feed conversion

Nice to Have

- AI Video Workflow Experience - Familiarity with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-3, Kling, Captions, Midjourney, etc.)
- Automated/Code-Based Motion - Exposure to automated rendering platforms, batch generation tools, or code-based video workflows (e.g., Remotion)
- E-Commerce / Performance Background - Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce brands, or performance marketing agencies
