Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Technical Recruiter with 2–6 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US clients, along with a strong understanding of US employment tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing and screening to submission and interview coordination.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other relevant job portals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls,



and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Understand and work on different US tax terms, including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
- Work on various IT roles, including developers, engineers, administrators, analysts, and other technical professionals.
- Coordinate with account managers, vendors, and candidates to ensure timely submissions and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates, verify candidate availability, and ensure accurate candidate submissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and submission standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing models and tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Practical experience using LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster for candidate sourcing.
- Valuable understanding of US IT job requirements, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with US-based clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
