Job Overview We are looking for an ambitious, multi-domain US Bench Sales Recruiter with proven expertise in marketing consultants across Information Technology (IT), Corporate/Non-IT, and Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sectors.

In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse consultant pool (H-1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens). Your core objective is to minimize bench downtime by aggressively mapping skills to open market demands, securing Right to Represent (RTR) agreements, submitting profiles to Tier-1 prime vendors and direct clients, and closing profitable C2C or W-2 contracts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Domain Consultant Marketing

- IT Verticals: Market software developers, cloud/DevOps engineers, data analysts, and QA automation specialists.
- Non-IT Verticals: Market finance/accounting professionals, HR specialists, supply chain experts, and administrative consultants.
- Pharma & Life Sciences Verticals: Market clinical SAS programmers, clinical data managers, pharmacovigilance (PV) specialists, regulatory affairs associates, and validation/compliance engineers.
- Prepare customized, targeted "Hotlists" and market them daily to an established network of US prime vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners.

- 2. Sourcing & Submissions

- Source C2C and W-2 contract requirements across US job boards (Dice, TechFetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialized life-science/corporate portals).
- Review and filter job postings to align with candidate tech stacks, regulatory backgrounds, geographic choices,



and remote/onsite constraints.
- - Secure signed Right to Represent (RTR) confirmations and swiftly submit tailored resumes to prime vendors.

- 3. Rate Negotiation & Closures

- Negotiate competitive bill rates with vendors and fair pay rates with consultants to ensure optimal profit margins for the company.
- - Coordinate multi-round technical, compliance, and client interviews between vendors and bench consultants.
- - Drive the end-to-end placement cycle, including background checks, onboarding document coordination, and initial project start confirmation.

- 4. Vendor Relationship Management

- Build and preserve long-term qualified relationships with US account managers, delivery managers, and tier-1 vendor lists.
- Maintain clean daily logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tracking submissions, interview statuses, active hotlists, and vendor feedback.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: [Insert, e.g., 2 to 5+] years of core experience in US Bench Sales recruitment, with a track record spanning IT and either Pharma/Life Sciences or Non-IT staffing.
- Domain Fluency: Basic understanding or ability to quickly grasp technical stacks, corporate workflows, and clinical research/regulatory terms (e.g., SAS, CDISC, SDTM, GxP validation).
- US Staffing & Visa Knowledge: Sound understanding of US work authorizations (H-1B, OPT, H4-EAD, Green Card, US Citizen) and contract models (C2C, W-2, 1099).
