Role Description This is a full time, on-site Volunteer role based at Thind Eye Hospital in Jalandhar. The volunteer will support day-to-day hospital operations by assisting patients with directions and basic information, helping staff with registration processes, and guiding visitors within the facility.

Responsibilities may include organizing patient files, supporting waiting area management, assisting with community eye camps or awareness programs, and helping with simple administrative tasks under supervision. The role may also involve coordinating with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing courteous, respectful assistance to patients and families. Volunteers are expected to follow hospital protocols, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and support staff.

- Prior experience in healthcare, community service, or volunteering is beneficial but not required.
- Minimum educational background at secondary school level; further education in healthcare, social work, or related fields is an advantage.
