Are you someone who has run the day-to-day of an animal hospital, and wants that work to mean something more?

At Arham Always Care, we run 45+ ambulances and clinics across 25+ cities in India, giving free emergency rescue, veterinary care, and rehabilitation to animals who have no one else. We’re now looking for an experienced Manager for our Animal Hospital & IPD (In-Patient Department) to lead operations at our hospital, which offers advanced diagnostics including X-ray and ultrasound.

What you’ll do:

? Manage daily hospital and IPD operations: admissions, patient flow, treatment tracking, and discharges

?‍⚕️ Coordinate vets, paravets, attendants, and support staff, including rosters, shifts, and performance

? Make sure SOPs, medical records, and in-patient documentation are followed

? Oversee inventory, medicines, consumables, and equipment upkeep

? Work with our rescue ambulance network on incoming cases

? Report on case volumes, outcomes, and costs to leadership

Who we’re looking for:





✅ Experience in animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or IPD management (human hospital operations experience is also welcome)

✅ Strong people management and problem-solving skills

✅ Comfortable with digital tools and record systems

✅ Calm under pressure, because emergencies are part of the job

✅ Genuine compassion for animals

✅ Comfortable communicating in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
