We're looking for a Travel Support Agent to provide outstanding in-destination support to travellers across Europe. You'll be a trusted point of contact, helping resolve travel issues, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional assistance wherever their journey takes them.

What You’ll Do

- Support travellers during their trip and manage customer enquiries.
- Investigate and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers.




- Arrange third-party services when required.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, Concierge, Sales Support, and other internal teams.
- Follow established service standards and escalation procedures.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational processes.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in customer support, reservations, travel, hospitality, or a service-based environment.
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent situations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with reservation systems, supplier portals, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Rotational shift, Monday-Sunday, between 5:30 AM IST and 8:30 PM IST. Weekend and public holiday working is included on a rotational basis
