What would you do?

- Design develop and deliver learning solutions on Storytelling and Design Thinking. Enable learners through instructor led virtual and blended learning experiences focused on human centered design innovation problem solving communication and business storytelling. Support capability development through workshops assessments simulations and experiential learning programs.
- Translate learning experience designs into engaging learning assets for Storytelling and Design Thinking. Create storyboards workshops assessments case studies simulations and training materials. Collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts to develop impactful learning experiences. Deliver instructor led and virtual training while driving learner engagement and practical application.

- The practice of delivering learning experiences that develop innovation creative problem solving communication and storytelling capabilities. Trainers facilitate workshops and learning programs focused on empathy ideation prototyping customer centric thinking narrative development presentation skills and business storytelling techniques. - Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs on Storytelling and Design Thinking.
- Create facilitator guides learner workbooks assessments simulations case studies and learning assets.
- Deliver workshops boot camps capability development programs and innovation learning sessions.
- Educate learners on empathy mapping customer journeys problem framing ideation prototyping testing and innovation methodologies.
- Facilitate storytelling programs focused on narrative development audience engagement communication strategies and presentation effectiveness.
- Develop experiential learning activities simulations and real world business scenarios to strengthen practical application of concepts.
- Collaborate with instructional designers subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
- Assess learner progress through assignments workshops projects and knowledge evaluations.
- Mentor learners and provide coaching on storytelling techniques innovation methods and design thinking practices.
- Support enterprise capability development initiatives and learning transformation programs.
- Review and validate learning content assessments and certification preparation materials.
- Continuously enhance learning assets based on learner feedback industry trends and business needs.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- Lead knowledge sharing initiatives communities of practice and innovation workshops.
- Provide guidance to junior trainers and support quality improvement initiatives across learning programs.
- Work independently while managing multiple learning engagements and capability building initiatives.
