What We’re Looking For

- BE/B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in basic technical support, preferably for a US/UK ISP or IT support process.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, troubleshooting tools, and utilities.
- Excellent communication skills, customer handling, and the ability to manage critical incidents calmly.
- Eagerness to learn complex networking technologies and grow into a core network engineer.
