Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying client requirements, presenting technical solutions, and promoting lightning protection and earthing products that meet industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering product demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project specifications,



support tender documentation, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to convert technical features into clear customer benefits.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Engineering, including solution design and application-based product recommendations.
- Proficiency in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, product guidance, and on-site client assistance.
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of lightning protection systems, earthing solutions, or related power systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
