Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Namakkal.

The Teaching

Assistant will support lead teachers in daily classroom activities, including helping manage lessons, reinforcing instructional content, and assisting with individual and small-group work.

Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, supporting students with assignments, monitoring classroom behavior, and providing additional academic support, especially in core subjects such as mathematics. The role involves working closely with children, maintaining a protected and respectful learning environment, and collaborating with teachers and staff to improve the overall educational experience.





The Teaching

Assistant will also participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Assistant Teaching and Education to effectively support classroom instruction and learning activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, educators, and families.
- Candidates should possess Mathematics skills to assist with teaching and reinforcing core math concepts and exercises.
- Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and the ability to support diverse learning needs.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructional plans, take direction from lead teachers, and work collaboratively in a school environment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom.
- Prior experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational support role is an advantage.
