Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role located in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Responsibilities include monitoring social media channels, engaging with audiences, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement. The intern will assist with basic digital marketing tasks, such as coordinating campaigns, conducting competitor and trend research, and aligning social content with broader marketing initiatives. Collaboration with the marketing team, timely execution of tasks,



and a willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing, with an understanding of brand positioning and audience targeting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation, including basic copywriting, visual storytelling, and familiarity with content formats for major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing, such as basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and social media scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret insights, and propose actionable improvements is preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
