The role

Our technology is what sets us apart. You’ll build the in-house products our team relies on every day, from first idea to production.

What you’ll do

- Build and ship internal products and tools end-to-end.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations with third-party systems.
- Automate workflows so the team can focus on what matters.
- Work directly with sales and operations to understand problems and turn them into software.
- Shape our architecture and engineering practices from early on.

You’re a fit if

- You have solid experience with TypeScript or Python.
- You’ve built and shipped products, not just features.
- You’re comfortable across the stack: backend, data and a bit of frontend.
- You like working with LLMs and use AI tools in your daily work.
- You speak positive English. German is a plus.

You’re probably not a fit if

- you need detailed tickets before you get started.
- you prefer polishing code to shipping it.
