Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. The intern will support daily content creation, including posts, stories, short videos, and basic graphics, while helping manage content calendars and posting schedules.

Responsibilities include monitoring social channels, engaging with audiences, tracking performance metrics,



and preparing simple reports on reach and engagement. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing initiatives, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to create simple visual content using tools like Canva or similar design software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines are expected.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru is required.
