Role Description The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Superfan.ng’s learning platform, from discovery and definition to launch and iteration. This full-time remote role involves developing the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features, and aligning cross-functional teams around explicit outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research and data analysis, writing product requirements, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and content teams, and managing releases to ensure high-quality delivery.

Manager will monitor product performance, run experiments,



and implement improvements that increase user engagement, retention, and learning impact. This role also includes stakeholder communication, setting success metrics, and ensuring the product reflects and respects diverse African cultures and languages.

Qualifications

- Product management skills including roadmap planning, prioritization, and requirement gathering.
- Experience with user research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams using agile or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Background in edtech, consumer apps, gaming, or learning platforms is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated interest in African languages, cultures, or diaspora communities is a plus.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and managing projects across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Design) or equivalent practical experience.
