Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer role at ZETWERK is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will oversee civil design and planning for industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and preparing engineering drawings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting site assessments, and providing technical guidance to project engineers and contractors. The role involves managing stormwater management solutions, monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and support the adoption of technology-enabled tools within project workflows.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and experience working as a Civil Engineer on industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including structural and site development design, with the ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings.
- Experience in project Planning, including estimation, scheduling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and relevant environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and familiarity with relevant design codes and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate effectively with site staff and contractors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Prior experience in industrial manufacturing facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
