About the role

We’re looking for a hands on Business Analyst who can sit between our clients and our engineering team, turn real client needs into clear product requirements, and drive delivery from start to finish. You’ll own the client relationship end to end, from onboarding through delivery, and work closely with product and engineering to ship on time. This is a high ownership role with real international exposure.

Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate product priorities, project plans, timelines, and dependencies with engineering and QA.
- Own day to day client communication, onboarding, progress updates, and account coordination.
- Support product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, releases, and client training.




- Maintain product documentation and track issues, scope changes, and delivery commitments.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in business analysis or product delivery, with project coordination and client facing responsibilities.
- A background in fintech, financial services, investment platforms, or digital assets.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the confidence to handle international clients directly.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery and tools such as Jira.
- A degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant technology field.
- Knowledge of tokenization, blockchain, funds, securities, or KYC/AML is a plus, not a must.

We’re especially keen to hear from people coming out of lending, wealthtech, fund administration software, capital markets technology, or B2B fintech. Solid financial workflow knowledge and a proven track record of client delivery matter far more to us than crypto experience.
