Role Description The Senior Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.

The Senior Account

Manager will oversee key client accounts, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction across security and facility management engagements. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating service delivery teams, and resolving operational issues. The role involves preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring contract performance, tracking budgets, and identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services.

The Senior Account

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes,



support implementation of technology-driven solutions, and provide regular reporting and insights to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

- Experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success within security, facility management, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to analyze account performance, manage budgets, and prepare accurate reports and business reviews.
- Proficiency in using CRM or account management tools, and comfort working with technology-enabled service solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching and coordinating cross-functional teams for service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the security and facility management domain in the Pune or Mumbai region is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in office in Pune City and visit client locations as required.
