Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Accounting to design, implement, and enhance solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves resolving complex issues, supporting enterprise application integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and enhance custom software components within the SAP environment.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guide team members, and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and organizational goals.
- Support integration between SAP FI and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting existing solutions.
- Follow software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and software quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise application integration techniques and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Availability to work on-site in Gurugram.
