Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to join our centralized Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Education Cloud, Contact Center solutions, and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and testing methodologies, along with the ability to independently manage testing activities in an Agile enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom-built components.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing across Salesforce, APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Execute regression testing for releases, patches, and enhancements.
- Validate data integrity and accuracy across standard and custom Salesforce objects.
- Write and execute SOQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Maintain test documentation,



execution results, and defect reports.
- Collaborate with QA leads, developers, business analysts, product owners, and platform teams.
- Manage testing activities across multiple projects and releases while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Contribute to QA process improvements, test standardization, and automation readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall QA experience, including at least 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, standard and custom objects, object relationships, and validation rules.
- Ability to review and validate Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components from a QA perspective.
- Experience in API testing and integration testing involving middleware and third-party platforms.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SOQL queries.
- Experience with test and defect management tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce-related certifications.
- Experience testing multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to QA process standardization and test automation initiatives.
