Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Developer at India’s Future Investors.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support IFI’s production workflows, participant management, audience engagement, and data analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include building custom applications and integrations, configuring and optimizing Salesforce objects and automation, and developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, marketing, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.





The developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform system enhancements, and contribute to best practices and documentation for Salesforce usage within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including experience with Apex, triggers, and custom objects.
- Candidates should possess experience with Lightning Web Components and related Salesforce UI frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Visualforce Pages for building and maintaining custom user interfaces where required.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, including configuration, security, workflows, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform ecosystem, including integrations and AppExchange solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools, and data migration within Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an interest in media, fintech, or entertainment technology domains.
