Ocher Studio is a design-led social enterprise from Bastar, working with 80+ artisans across traditional craft forms to bring the region’s rich heritage to contemporary markets.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and responsible Sales & Store Manager to manage our store operations, build strong B2B client relationships and ensure smooth order management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, staff and inventory
- Handle B2B enquiries, quotations and client follow-ups
- Coordinate orders, payments, production and dispatch
- Track sales, stock and customer requirements
- Maintain reports and ensure smooth coordination across teams





What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in sales, store management or operations
- Solid communication and client-handling skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Good organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership
