Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with outreach to prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and supporting customer service efforts to ensure positive client experiences. The intern will help prepare sales materials and presentations, update and track leads in CRM or relevant tools, and participate in online training sessions to understand products, services, and sales processes.



Additional tasks may involve coordinating with team members on campaigns, gathering feedback from customers, and providing basic administrative support related to sales and marketing operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with prospects and clients in a professional manner. Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales activities.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply guidance from mentors and supervisors.

Candidates should possess Sales Management awareness, such as understanding pipelines, targets, and how to organize and track sales efforts.

Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with basic marketing concepts, comfort with remote collaboration tools, attention to detail, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
