Role Description The Regional Property and Facilities Technology Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role oversees the technology infrastructure and systems used across Caterspoint’s regional properties and facilities, ensuring they are productive, reliable, and aligned with operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing property-related technology (such as building management systems, security and access solutions, and connectivity), coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and monitoring performance to identify improvements.

The role also involves supporting real estate and facilities teams with data-driven insights, standardizing technology practices across locations, and addressing issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.



The Lead collaborates closely with operations, customer service, and management to support a consistent, high-quality experience in all facilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with stakeholders and support facility users effectively.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Commercial Real Estate to manage and optimize technology across retail or foodservice properties.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Residential Real Estate where relevant, to support mixed-use or adjacent property environments.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to negotiate with vendors, evaluate technology solutions, and support cost-effective implementations.
- Relevant experience in facilities management, property technology (PropTech), or building systems (e.g., HVAC control, security, IoT devices) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use digital tools or dashboards to track property performance and maintenance activities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
