Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, and defect management. The candidate should have experience in Procurement and/or banking/financial services, strong Azure DevOps skills, and the ability to independently test complex business workflows and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation to identify test scenarios and requirement gaps.
- Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and regression test cases.
- Log, track, retest, and manage defects using Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, executions, and defects.
- Investigate functional issues, analyze root causes, and support resolution.
- Identify and communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and testing delays.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA teams.
- Support UAT, business-user validation, and workflow testing.
- Provide clear testing updates and participate in Agile ceremonies.




- Work independently while maintaining testing quality and delivery commitments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of Software QA experience.
- Solid functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans.
- Experience in Procurement and/or banking/financial services.
- Strong test case design, test execution, defect management, and traceability.
- Experience testing web applications, integrations, business rules, and access permissions.
- Knowledge of SQL and APIs for validation and troubleshooting.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, independent problem-solving, and risk escalation.
- Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic test automation using Playwright and JavaScript.
- Monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
- Log analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Enterprise system modernization, transformation, or implementation projects.
