Job Overview

She Starts is looking for a Product Management Trainer to deliver structured and practical online training in product management and operations. The selected candidate will help learners understand product discovery, requirements, roadmaps, agile delivery and business operations through clear explanations, practical examples and hands-on activities.

This is a part-time remote opportunity suited to someone with practical knowledge of product management or operations and an interest in teaching and mentoring learners. The trainer will simplify concepts, guide learners through practical exercises and help them understand how product and operations work is carried out in real-world settings, with AI integrated into relevant tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured online training sessions covering product management and operations concepts.
- Explain product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritisation and roadmap planning using practical examples.
- Guide learners in writing user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs) and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate sprint planning, backlog grooming and agile delivery practices.
- Explain business operations concepts, including process mapping, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow improvement.
- Guide learners in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Introduce product metrics, dashboards and performance reporting, using suitable examples and tools.
- Demonstrate appropriate use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to support product and operations tasks.
- Review assignments or practical work and provide constructive feedback.
- Address learner questions and coordinate with the relevant team regarding session planning,



learner progress and training requirements.

Skills and Requirements

- Strong understanding of product management, product operations or business operations concepts.
- Practical knowledge of product discovery, requirements, roadmaps, user stories and agile delivery.
- Familiarity with process documentation, stakeholder coordination and operational workflows.
- Understanding of product metrics, dashboards or performance reporting.
- Awareness of relevant tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, Miro and Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Ability to use or demonstrate AI tools to support research, documentation, planning and routine work.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple, structured and learner-friendly manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct engaging online training sessions.

What You Will Be Doing

As a part-time Product Management Trainer, you will conduct scheduled online sessions and guide learners through the fundamentals and practical aspects of product management and operations. You will prepare for assigned sessions, demonstrate relevant tools and frameworks, and support learners in applying concepts to realistic product and business scenarios.

The role involves regular learner interaction, reviewing practical work and providing constructive guidance. You should be comfortable using digital learning tools and creating a structured, interactive online learning environment.
