Qinecsa is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Principal – HR Business Partner to partner with leaders and teams in a dynamic, international environment. In this influential individual-contributor role, you will translate business priorities into practical people initiatives, strengthen organizational capability, and help create an inclusive, high-performing workplace. The role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable people plans.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, employee development, and retention.
- Support the employee lifecycle from post-onboarding through exit, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Guide managers through performance management, goal setting, feedback, development planning, and succession planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict.
- Conduct fair, objective investigations and ensure consistent application of company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, support decisions, and improve people’s strategies, processes, and policies.




- Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

- A master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or similar role within an international or fast-paced environment.
- Robust practical knowledge of local labour legislation and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, with a practical and data-driven approach to complex HR matters.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities from conception to completion.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a track record of building trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for professional applications, including data analysis, content generation, and personalized employee communication.
- Flexibility to support global meetings and events across time zones when required.
