Role Description The Performance Marketing role at XpressEdu is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The individual in this role will plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads, enrollments, and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, managing ad campaigns, optimizing targeting and creatives, tracking key metrics, and generating performance reports.

The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the overall learner experience. This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage effectively with prospective learners.




- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze audience behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead conversion, coordinate with enrollment teams, and understand the sales funnel.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to help ensure a positive experience for leads and enrolled learners.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Surat and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
