Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Online Education Counsellor. The counsellor will engage with working professionals via online channels to understand their career goals, challenges, and learning needs, and recommend appropriate courses, programs, and skill-building pathways. Daily responsibilities include conducting online counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and following up with prospective learners to support decision-making.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on available programs, contributing to outreach or informational webinars, and providing clear, unbiased guidance that aligns with each individual’s goals.



The counsellor is expected to uphold a qualified, empathetic approach and ensure a high-quality counseling experience for all learners.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse professionals.
- Candidates should possess counseling and advisory skills, such as needs assessment, career guidance, empathetic engagement, and goal-oriented recommendation of learning pathways.
