Working Days & Shift: 5 Days Working Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary—up to 5.50 LPA max CTC
What You'll Do:
?️ Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
? Handle calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the founder.
? Coordinate meetings and events with internal/external stakeholders
? Conduct research and compile information as needed.
? Support daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and do banking-related things.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
✅ High level of discretion and professionalism
✅ Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
✅ Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment
