Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Role Summary Join M&M;’s AI Division as a Senior Expert of AI Solutions, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems. You will lead AI development for a business unit, reporting directly into the CEO of the Central AI Division. Key Responsibilities ▪ Advanced AI Expertise Leverage expertise in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Generative AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. ▪ Experience in Data Science & Building Machine Learning Models Solve complex business problems through machine learning solutions. ▪ AI Innovation Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities. ▪ Cloud & Data Platforms Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, along with data platforms, to deploy scalable AI systems. ▪ Program Leadership Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI programs through strong program management capabilities. ▪ Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with Business CEOs, Vertical Heads, IT Leaders, technology vendors,



and system integrators to align AI strategies with organizational goals. Experience ▪ 10+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Data Architecture, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions. Preferred Qualifications ▪ B.E./B. Tech./M. Tech ▪ Valuable to have: MBA ▪ Certification in cloud platforms or machine learning frameworks. ▪ Exposure to the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI and emerging technologies. ▪ Experience in collaborating with vendors and technology ecosystem partners. Required Skills ▪ Problem-Solving Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design solutions that deliver business value. ▪ Technical Expertise Mastery in data analytics, machine learning frameworks, and programming languages such as Python and R. ▪ AI Knowledge In-depth understanding of Generative AI models and LLM architectures, including best practices for implementation. ▪ Cloud Platforms Strong hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS. ▪ Leadership Traits Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale AI programs, and drive collaboration across departments.
