Job Summary

Neu Realm is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modern frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed systems, along with proven technical leadership and architectural decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive end-to-end application architecture for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Lead full-stack development across backend services and frontend applications.
- Establish architectural standards, coding best practices, design patterns, and engineering guidelines.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Drive cloud-native application development, containerization, and deployment automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate technology stacks.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and Dev Ops teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
- Mentor senior developers and technical leads and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support CI/CD implementation, automated testing, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills
- Core Java: Java 8/11/17/21, OOP, Collections, Concurrency, Multithreading, JVM fundamentals.
- Backend: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.
- Microservices: Distributed systems, API Gateway, service discovery, fault tolerance, resiliency, and service-to-service communication.
- Frontend: Angular or React, Java Script/Type Script,



HTML5, CSS3.
- API & Integration: REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, JWT.
- Messaging: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, and database performance optimization.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP; cloud-native architecture and managed services.
- Dev Ops: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/Git Hub Actions/Git Lab CI, Maven/Gradle, Git.
- Architecture: Design patterns, SOLID principles, domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, event-driven architecture, and distributed system design.
- Observability: Logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, and production diagnostics.

Required Experience
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Significant experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Experience leading technical design and architecture discussions.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, availability, and performance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise modernization and monolith-to-microservices migration.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Experience with high-volume, distributed, and mission-critical applications.
- Familiarity with Dev SecOps, automated quality gates, and security standards.
- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are an advantage.
