Required Experience:

5-8 years of experience in EUC, Endpoint Management, or IT Infrastructure.
Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on Nexthink administration and support experience.
Experience implementing and supporting Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions.
Experience with Intune, SCCM, and Service Now integrations.
Solid hands-on troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience in enterprise-scale endpoint environments.

Preferred Certifications:

Good-to-Have Technical Exposure
Power BI, broader ITSM/monitoring integrations, and Python scripting exposure.
Nexthink Certified Professional
Nexthink Certified Expert (Preferred)
ITIL Foundation
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
Service Now Fundamentals
