1. Lead Workfront Developer

Location

Offshore (India), with overlap of at least 3 hours with US Central time

Experience

8+ years overall, 5+ years hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration, 2+ years Workfront Fusion

Role summary

Leads the offshore Workfront build team and turns the signed design into working configuration sprint by sprint. Owns build quality, sprint delivery and technical handover to Client's two system administrators.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and lead two-week build sprints against the agreed backlog, with testing, demo and retrospective in each sprint.
- Build the Workfront foundation: groups, portfolios, programs, access levels, layout templates and naming standards against the 6-layer taxonomy.
- Configure the 4 blueprint templates (Current Initiative, Evergreen, Channel Launch, Product Launch) with parent phases and milestone paths.
- Build and maintain the shared task library with effort, duration, role assignment and predecessor logic.
- Configure request queues, topic groups and custom forms with conditional logic so intake carries the metadata routing and reporting depend on.
- Configure approval processes at template and task level and native automation for status, assignment and notification events.
- Build dashboards and text-mode reports for BRM/Leadership, PM/Creative and Finance, including time capture in 15-minute blocks.
- Review and approve all configuration produced by the developer team before promotion from Sandbox.
- Lead defect triage and closure during SIT and UAT.
- Prepare admin runbooks and deliver technical knowledge transfer before hypercare exit.

Must have

- Expert in Workfront configuration: custom forms and calculated fields, templates, request queues, approval processes, access levels and layout templates.
- Fluent in text-mode reporting, views, filters and groupings.
- Experience leading a team of 3 or more Workfront developers.
- Working knowledge of Workfront Fusion and the Workfront API.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Workfront configuration and integrations.

Nice to have





- Experience building Workfront for marketing or creative operations at enterprise scale.
- Exposure to AEM Assets integration and Workfront Proof.
- Agile delivery tooling (Jira or similar).

Certifications(Optional)

- Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification required.
- Adobe Workfront Fusion certification preferred.

2. Workfront Developer

Location

Offshore (India), with overlap with US Central time

Experience

4 to 6 years overall, 3+ years hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration

Role summary

Configures and tests Workfront objects to the agreed design within each sprint. Works under the Lead Developer to deliver forms, templates, task-library groups, approvals and reports for Client's six personas.

Key responsibilities

- Configure custom forms, fields and calculated fields aligned to the 6-layer taxonomy.
- Build task-library groups and template phases with roles, durations and dependencies.
- Configure request queues, routing rules and approval processes as specified.
- Build views, filters, reports and dashboard components, including text-mode reports.
- Configure layout templates so each persona lands on the correct home view.
- Unit test configuration, document changes and support SIT and UAT defect fixes.
- Support user provisioning and access setup during cutover.

Must have

- Hands-on configuration of Workfront forms, templates, request queues, approval processes and access levels.
- Working knowledge of text-mode reporting.
- Attention to naming standards and configuration hygiene.
- Clear written communication for documentation and defect notes.

Nice to have

- Exposure to Workfront Fusion.
- Experience on marketing or creative operations implementations.

Certifications

- Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification required or to be completed within 60 days of onboarding.





3. Workfront Fusion Developer

Location

Offshore (India), with overlap with US Central time

Experience

5+ years overall in integration or software development, 3+ years Workfront Fusion, 3+ years Adobe Workfront

Role summary

Builds the automation and integration layer where native Workfront cannot reach. Works to a native-first principle: routing, approvals, notifications and status updates stay native, and Fusion is applied only where work crosses systems, transforms payloads or branches conditionally.

Key responsibilities

- Build Fusion scenarios for approved-asset publication to AEM Assets with required metadata.
- Build MLR gating orchestration: trigger the Veeva submission step, hold the job at the gated task, track review status and release downstream tasks on outcome.
- Build conditional alerting, such as milestone-at-risk notifications to PM and brand owner, where native rules are insufficient.
- Configure integrations with Share Point, Frame.io and other agreed systems using native connectors and the Workfront API.
- Design scenarios for performance and reliability at around 2,000 projects a year, using API-driven patterns where native modules would time out.
- Build error handling, retries and visible exception queues so failures surface rather than fail silently.
- Use the Wipro Automation Diagnostics Tool to trace and fix scenario defects before UAT.
- Document every scenario and hand over monitoring steps to Client administrators.

Must have

- 3+ years building production Workfront Fusion scenarios.
- Strong REST API, JSON and webhook skills.
- Experience integrating Workfront with AEM or AEM Assets.
- Strong troubleshooting of data flow, mapping and authentication issues.

Nice to have

- Veeva Vault or Promo Mats integration experience.
- Frame.io, Share Point or Microsoft Graph integrations.
- Experience with security reviews and enterprise integration standards.

Certifications

- Adobe Workfront Fusion certification required.
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification preferred.
