Job Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and customize Archer use cases (Out-of-the-Box and On-Demand Applications).
- Develop and maintain data-driven events (DDEs), data feeds, calculations, and workflow automations.
- Support upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, risk managers, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with GRC objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Handle incident tickets and enhancement requests for the Archer application




- Help business partners understand the capabilities and limitations of the technology
- Perform analysis and provide recommendation for solution analysis, design and implementation
- Comply with Change Management, Release Management, IT Risk & Compliance processes and standards
- Adhere to security best practices and comply with government standards
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the supported application(s)
- Attend Daily Standup Meetings, Sprint Planning, User Story Elaboration sessions, Sprint Review (Demo) and Sprint Retrospective meetings
