Implement workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting (Java Script, Glide APIs).
Integrate Service Now HRSD with enterprise systems via APIs.
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end event-driven applications or REST APIs using modern frameworks like Spring, .NET / .NET Core (preferred).
Build responsive front-end solutions using Angular or React frameworks.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
Analyze data to generate actionable business insights.
Design and implement business workflows using Power Automate.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX.
Perform code reviews and support Agile teams.
- 6 10 years of experience in full stack application development.
- Hands-on Service Now HRSD development and configuration.
- Knowledge of HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent.
- Service Now scripting and integration experience.
- Hands-on Service Now Now Assist, Moveworks, Employee Works, Process Mining and other capabilities.
Strong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
- Experience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, Java Script.
- Solid SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.
- Experience with Power BI and DAX.
- Experience with Power Automate workflows.
- Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
