We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise
in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financial Modules, including Accounts Payables (AP), Payments,
General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Accounting (PA). The ideal candidate should
possess deep functional knowledge of module configurations, end-to-end business process flows,
subledger accounting integrations, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The candidate should also
have working experience with JIRA and a valuable understanding of the Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules:
o Accounts Payables (AP)
o Oracle Payments
o General Ledger (GL)
o Fixed Assets (FA)
o Project Accounting (PA)
Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with Oracle best
practices.
Perform setup and configuration of financial modules including:
o Ledgers
o Legal entities
o Accounting calendars
o Chart of Accounts
o Subledger Accounting (SLA)
o Payment setups
o Asset configurations
o Project Accounting setups
Understand and manage end-to-end data flow across finance modules.
Work on subledger integrations between:
o AP to GL
o FA to GL
o Projects to AP/GL




o Oracle Payments integration
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and related financial accounting impacts.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare:
o Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
o Solution Design Documents
o Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Collaborate with technical teams for:
o Customizations
o Interfaces
o Reports
o Data conversions
Perform SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
Analyze and resolve functional issues related to financial transactions and accounting.
Track project activities, defects, and enhancements through JIRA.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project governance standards.
